
One of the easiest ways to change your life is by expressing more gratitude.
Gratitude takes practice and to make it a habit you must put in a conscious effort. A good start would be running through the things that you are grateful for first thing in the morning or right before bed. I suggest these two times because you are either starting or ending your day positively.
You can be grateful for anything and everything. Gratitude has no limits.
